This wrapover skirt has an elasticated waistband which makes it ideal for younger dancers as it just slips on over their leotard with no fiddly ties to cope with. It's in brilliant condition as she changed classes almost a week after buying this (new) so didn't really get to wear it.
1st Position 18/20R (waist) on the label / 6-8 Years - it's a stretchy waist, we're estimating the age.
