We totally love this one, in fact it almost worked on an 8-9 years as a top but it was too much of a squeeze. I think it was more intended for around an age 4 as a summer dress but the stretchy bodice would allow the dress to grow in to a top over the years. The handmade smocking is fabulous in red, yellow and blue. It's lovely.
